Where do you ship to?

We ship our cheesecakes throughout the US, including Alaska* and Hawaii* (*extra shipping fees apply). Excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

How do you ship your cheesecakes?

All our cheesecakes are shipped frozen in specially designed packaging. Cheesecakes ship hermetically sealed with gel-packs or dry ice depending on the style of cheesecake.

Can I select my delivery date?

Yes! You can select a delivery date up to 60 days in advance using our order calendar. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Most orders cannot be modified or canceled, if you placed an order that ships out the next day, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any changes. However, if you order more than a week in advance changes may be possible but not guaranteed

Are your cheesecakes Kosher?

All of Junior’s mail order cheesecakes are certified kosher dairy under the supervision of Kof-K. Your mail order cheesecake will arrive sealed in our signature packaging with all the proper labeling indicating the product is kosher and dairy with the Kof-K mark. The cakes sold in our restaurants are not certified kosher.

Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan Cheesecakes?

We do not offer vegan cheesecakes or certified gluten-free cheesecakes.

We do have our Chocolate Mousse, Original New York Plain Little Fellas and No Sugar Added Low Carb New York Plain Little Fellas that are considered gluten-free because they do not contain wheat.

However, please note that our products are baked in a facility that processes wheat.

What size are your cheesecakes?

Our cheesecakes are standard sizes. Most traditional cheesecakes are 8” in diameter and most Fancy Cheesecakes are 7” in diameter.


How to place an order?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Feel free to check out as a guest. If you plan to order regularly, creating an account makes the process easier.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Of course! You can create an account on our website and save each address in your database. When you are ready to order, add the cheesecakes to your cart and on the checkout page click “Ship to Multiple Addresses.”

What are your payment options?

We currently accept only major credit and debit cards that are associated with a US billing address.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be authorized upon placing your order and may be charged 3 days before depending on the delivery day selected.

How can I use my store credit?

Your store credit is available in your account and can be selected in the Payment Information section in the ordering process.

How to apply a discount code or gift card for online order?

You can enter your discount code or gift card number at the checkout page before placing your order.

Will billing information be included with my gift order?

No! We do not include any billing details or pricing in or on the packaging.


How will my cheesecake arrive?

Cheesecakes may arrive slightly frozen or cool to the touch without dry ice remaining in the package. They are perfectly fine to consume.

For cheesecakes shipped with dry ice, be sure not to handle the remaining dry ice with bare hands. These cakes will be shipped in a Junior's signature orange and white striped box.

How should I store my cheesecakes?

Our cheesecakes will last up to seven days in the refrigerator or up to six months in the freezer. Whichever you choose, your Junior's cheesecake will taste as fresh as if you were enjoying it in one of our restaurants. Cheesecakes can be refrozen.

How should I serve my Junior's Cheesecake?

Cheesecakes should be served at room temperature. If frozen, leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator and defrost on the counter 3 hours before serving. Otherwise, defrost on the counter 4 – 5 hours before serving. Yes, it really takes that long.

A few of our fruit items and "cakes within a cake" items are best slightly cool. These include the Strawberry Cheesecake and Lemon Coconut Cheesecake.

What is the best way to cut a whole cheesecake?

Use a knife that has been dipped in hot water to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife or cake knife works best. Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut. Watch for fast hands trying to grab the cut slices! Enjoy!


Before placing your Junior’s Cheesecake order!

Important! We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the cheesecake on the delivery date—i.e., not on vacation or out-of-town. This is especially important during the holidays.

Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for cakes delivered to incorrect addresses or for cakes delivered to recipients out of town.

Although everyone loves a surprise, it might be best to tell your recipient to expect the package to ensure its safe delivery and handling.

When will I receive my order?

Please note that we do not ship the same day orders are placed. Orders received by 11:59 pm will ship on the next shipping day.

We ship Monday-Thursday. Standard shipping is a 2-day service available for shipments sent Monday-Wednesday for delivery Wednesday-Friday. 1-day rates are also available.

Alternatively, you can choose a date up to 60 days in advance using our order calendar.

How long will your cheesecake stay fresh while in-transit?

Our cheesecakes are shipped frozen in specially designed packaging to safely transport our products up to 3 – 4 days in transit.

Can I ship to a PO BOX?

Nope! You will need to ship them to a physical address.

What are your shipping charges?

Standard 2-day shipping is $17 per cake. Standard 1-day is $26. See chart below for combined shipping rates, shipping to the same address.

These are only applicable to the following cakes which ship with gel-packs: Plain, Chocolate Swirl, Raspberry Swirl, Brownie Marble Swirl, Apple Crumb, Cherry Crumb, Brooklyn Crumb, Best of Junior's Sampler and No Sugar Added Plain.
