Serving Suggestions
- Cheesecakes should be served at room temperature. Please be patient.
- If refrigerated, defrost on the counter 6-8 hours before serving.
- Yes, it really takes that long. Yes, it’s worth the wait.
- No, it won’t be the end of the world if you eat it cold.
-
If frozen, leave the cake in the fridge overnight then defrost on the counter before serving.
Again, this takes time... - Use a knife that has been dipped in hot water to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife or cake knife works best.
- Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut.
- Watch for fast hands trying to grab the cut slices! Enjoy!
