Serving Suggestions

  • Cheesecakes should be served at room temperature. Please be patient.
  • If refrigerated, defrost on the counter 6-8 hours before serving.
    • Yes, it really takes that long. Yes, it’s worth the wait.
    • No, it won’t be the end of the world if you eat it cold.
  • If frozen, leave the cake in the fridge overnight then defrost on the counter before serving.
    Again, this takes time...
  • Use a knife that has been dipped in hot water to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife or cake knife works best.
  • Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut.
  • Watch for fast hands trying to grab the cut slices! Enjoy!
