Handling Instructions

After Delivery

All of our Cheesecakes are shipped frozen in specially designed packaging that safely transports our cakes. Cakes will ship with gel-paks or dry ice depending on the style of cake chosen.

Dry Ice Notes

  • As long as your cake is cool to the touch, it's perfect for eating (even if there is no dry ice left).
  • Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
  • Do not place dry ice directly in your sink.
  • Let dry ice dissipate in the cooler away from children and pets.

Step 1

Remove Cheesecake from shipping box.

All of our Cheesecakes are shipped frozen in Junior’ Signature Orange striped box.

Step 2

Open the box and inspect the cheesecake. Keep it in the stripped box for protection. If frozen, leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator and defrost on the counter 3 hours before serving.

Step 3

Enjoy your cake!

Consume, refrigerate, or refreeze. Whichever you choose, your Junior's Cheesecake will taste as fresh as if you were enjoying it in one of our restaurant

Cheesecakes last 7 days in the fridge or up
to 6 months in the freezer.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Cheesecake should be served at room temperature.
Please let it rest.

If Refrigerated…

If refrigerated, set out on the counter 6-8 hours before serving.
Yes, it really takes that long. Yes, it's worth the wait.
No, it won't be the end of the world if you eat it cold.

If Frozen…

If frozen, leave the cake in the fridge overnight then defrost on the counter before serving.
Again, this takes time...

Cutting & Serving

  • Use a knife that has been dipped in hot water to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife or cake knife works best.
  • Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut.
  • Watch for fast hands trying to grab the cut slices! Enjoy!
