Cakes are shipped using dry ice or gel paks. For Gel pak cakes, combined shipping can apply.

Gel pak cakes: Plain, Chocolate Swirl, Raspberry Swirl, Brownie Marble Swirl, Pumpkin, Apple Crumb, Cherry Crumb, Best of Junior's Sampler, Sugar Free Plain, Sugar Free Sampler, Rugelach, Christmas Swirl (seasonal). *charges based on number of items shipped to each location.
Overnight and Saturday delivery rates are also available.
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders received by 11:59 pm will ship on the next shipping day. We ship Monday-Friday.
Standard shipping is 2-day service available for shipments sent Monday-Wednesday for delivery Wednesday-Friday.
PLEASE NOTE--For some areas, although we ship 2-day service, your cake may arrive in one business day from the ship date. We do not take responsibility for cakes that arrive one day early.
Alternatively, you can choose a date sometime in the future using our order calendar. We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the cake on the delivery date (ie-not on vacation or out-of-town). This is especially important during the holidays. Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for cakes that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for cakes delivered to recipients out of town.
Although everyone loves a surprise, it might be best to tell your recipient to expect the package to ensure it's safe delivery and handling.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When the cake is shipped, you will receive order tracking information. You can use this information to track when your package is shipped and to inquire when it arrived.
Residential deliveries may arrive as late as 7pm. There is no signature release required on our deliveries.
Please unpak and refrigerate or freeze your cake upon arrival. Please see our handling instructions for further information.
