The cheesecake was delicious as always, however it was received damaged due to poor shipping by UPS. The box was broken apart, crushed on one side and so when I opened the box the interior of the box had no more dry ice. The interior box did not appear damaged but was very warm to the tour. UPS had sent a message that it was out for delivery at 7:30 AM that morning but it did not arrive until about 6PM that night. When I opened the box to eat the cake itself was damaged, it clearly had been upside down in the box. It tasted fine but looked terrible as it was not cared for properly by UPS. Change carriers. For the price I pay for the product I would be willing to pay for a different carrier that takes better care of the product. Very very disappointed. Makes me reluctant to order again from Juniors.
